Routes
Create, edit, optimize, duplicate, and navigate routes.
Saved routes
Saved routes are stored routes that can be edited, duplicated, optimized, and assigned to drivers.
Routes can be dated or permanent.
Quick routes
Quick routes are useful for what-if planning.
They do not have to be saved until you choose to save them.
Start and end points
A route can start from a dispatch location, a stop, or My Location where supported.
If the end point matches the start point, the route is treated as a round trip.
If the end point is different, the route is one way.
Stops
Add customer stops or POI stops from the route detail screen.
Stops can be reordered, edited, deleted, optimized, and saved.
Traffic-aware routing
Traffic-aware routing is available only on plans that include it.
Turn traffic-aware routing on only when you want traffic data included in the map refresh or optimization.
Navigation
Use Navigate to open the route in Google Maps when the route has enough valid locations to navigate.
