Import customers or route stops from spreadsheets.
Import types
Fouffy Dog Routing supports two import intents:
- Customers
- Routes
Choose the intent before requesting mapping suggestions.
AI-assisted mapping
AI-assisted mapping reviews your source file headers and sample rows, then suggests how fields should map.
Review the mapping before staging an import.
Saved profiles
Saved import profiles let you reuse a mapping for files with the same structure.
Profiles can be reviewed and deleted from the Imports page.
Address review
Imported addresses must be validated before they can become customers or route stops.
Rows that need review remain staged until you accept, correct, skip, or choose the appropriate location behavior.
Route imports
Route imports create draft routes and stops.
If a route import matches an existing customer but the imported address differs, choose whether to use the saved customer address or the imported address as a temporary route stop location.
