Check route setup when optimization does not work as expected.

Confirm that the route has valid start and end points and at least enough stops to optimize.
The order looks wrong
Optimization suggests an order based on the route information available.
Review the stop list before saving. You can drag stops into a different order if needed.
Traffic-aware routing is unavailable
Traffic-aware routing is only available on some plans.
If your plan does not include it, the app will show an upgrade message.
