Open navigation

  1. Open the route.
  2. Review the stops and map.
  3. Choose Navigate.
  4. Google Maps opens with the route locations.
  5. Review the route in Google Maps before starting.

If Navigate is disabled

Check that the route has enough valid locations.

The route needs a usable start point, end point, and stop information before it can open in Google Maps.

If a customer stop is causing trouble, confirm that the customer has a validated address.
